Dayana is an Associate in the Investment Banking and Private Markets division, responsible for executing searches across Investment Banking, Infrastructure and Energy Private Markets across EMEA.
Dayana also leads development of our sector-focused intelligence reports, advising clients on a range of issues that include compensation, diversity and organisational structure. Prior to Joining Harrington Moore, Dayana had three years’ experience head hunting Value Creation talent for Private Equity portfolio companies. She studied English Literature at the University of Bristol.
